Please note that we offer exchanges on wax melts which are damaged when you receive them. Though we do our best to package them up in a reliable way but accidents happen in transit. If however, they're damaged on arrival, drop us a message at sales@rugarecandles.com and we will replace it for you ASAP. ​

If you change your mind on a purchase, please return it to us undamaged, unlit and in a resalable condition within 30 days and we will  refund you the cost of purchase.

Currently, we are only shipping within the United Kingdom (UK) but hope in the future to ship internationally. Shipping cost will be charged at the end of your transaction. For orders over £40 within the UK we will give free shipping.  Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when Free Shipping becomes available on all orders.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and delivered via Hermes or Royal Mail within 2-3 working days. During busy seasons like Christmas and Bank Holidays, orders can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched.
